Qué significa kIOReturnNotAttached
En IOKit el service graph y el lifecycle de attach/start determinan si un driver puede usar su provider. Un objeto publicado o retenido no garantiza que siga conectado a la ruta I/O.
Suele aparecer durante teardown, failed start o races de attach/detach.
Qué comprobar
- Comprueba provider y attach/start state.
- Revisa termination/detach notifications.
- No inicie I/O antes de completar start.
- Revalida el service graph después de cambios de hardware.
