Qué significa STATUS_USER2USER_REQUIRED
User-to-user se usa cuando el service ticket debe cifrarse con key material asociado a otro user context en lugar de una long-term service key normal. No es un network outage.
El diagnóstico debe revisar principal, SPN, account type y si el target service dispone de una service key utilizable en el path estándar.
Qué comprobar
- Capture requested principal/SPN y account type.
- Revise KDC TGS events y flags user-to-user.
- Compruebe service key/SPN registration.
- Compare con una service account correctamente configurada.
