Qué significa STATUS_INVALID_INITIATOR_TARGET_PATH
El status pertenece a un path entre initiator y target, no a un filename. Puede representar identifiers incompatibles, path que no existe en la topología actual o state stale después de failover/reconfiguration.
Capture ambos extremos y la path identity que el storage stack usa realmente. Reutilizar mappings cacheados después de una topología nueva puede mantener el error.
Qué comprobar
- Registre initiator, target y path identifiers completos.
- Compruebe path actual tras failover/rescan.
- Busque mappings stale de una generación anterior.
- Diferencie invalid path de target temporalmente offline.
