WSAEMSGSIZE
Qué significa WSAEMSGSIZE
En datagram puede exceder el máximo transportable; en `recvfrom` puede indicar que el datagrama fue mayor que el buffer y se truncó según la API. No equivale a stream backpressure.
Registre socket type, requested size, MTU/protocol limits y buffer length. Para UDP, no “solucione” fragmentando en la aplicación sin diseñar reassembly; considere un framing/protocolo apropiado.

- Registre message/buffer sizes.
- Diferencie send limit de receive truncation.
- Revise UDP/protocol/MTU constraints.
