Qué significa PEERDIST_ERROR_NOT_LICENSED
El error pertenece a entitlement/SKU, no a activación de una cache entry ni a trust entre peers. Un equipo puede tener BranchCache components instalados y aun así carecer del entitlement requerido para el modo solicitado.
Registre Windows edition, activation/licensing state, feature installation y BranchCache mode. Cambiar configuración de cache no convierte una SKU no licenciada en una compatible.

- Compruebe edition/SKU y licensing state.
- Verifique el modo BranchCache solicitado.
- Diferencie feature install de entitlement para usarla.
