TAPI_E_REINIT
The TAPI session must be reinitialized
TAPI_E_REINIT (0x80040029) is a lifecycle signal that the current TAPI initialization/context is no longer usable after provider/configuration changes. Continuing to use old line/call/terminal objects can produce misleading follow-on errors.
