FSRM_E_ADR_MAX_EMAILS_SENT
FSRM_E_ADR_MAX_EMAILS_SENT means FSRM rate limiting has stopped the current user from sending additional access-request emails. The limit protects owners and administrators from repeated requests; it does not change the underlying file authorization decision.
Treat it as a request-channel limit
- Verify whether repeated attempts target the same file or several paths with a common policy problem.
- Review ADR event logging and recipient mail flow before changing limits.
- Provide an alternate support path when legitimate users cannot submit another request.
Retrying immediately or clearing client caches does not grant access and can create more noise. Investigate whether the customized message explains the denial clearly and whether a central access policy or group membership issue affects many users. Adjust request limits only after confirming the workflow is not being abused and recipients can process the volume.
