CERTSRV_E_ADMIN_DENIED_REQUEST A certificate manager or CA administrator explicitly denied the request. The denial is a workflow decision, not a transient CA error.
What to check
- Inspect the denied request record and any disposition message in the Certification Authority console.
- Verify template requirements, request identity, subject/SAN values, and approval policy before submitting a corrected request.
- Do not repeatedly resubmit the same request; this can obscure the audit trail and create duplicate pending requests.
