WINBIO_E_NO_MATCH means verification completed, but the biometric sample did not match the identity or sub-factor requested by the caller. The sensor may be working correctly; the match itself failed.
What to check
- Verify that the correct finger, face, or other enrolled sub-factor is being presented.
- Capture another sample if the reader or application reports poor quality.
- Check whether templates were removed, recreated, or stored in a different database or sensor pool.
