WINBIO_E_DATABASE_FULL
WINBIO_E_DATABASE_FULL means the biometric template store has reached its capacity. Some sensors use internal or fixed-size storage, so ordinary disk free space may not solve the problem.
What to check
- Check the device or vendor documentation for template-count and storage limits.
- Remove obsolete enrollments through the supported management path before adding another template.
- For a device with on-sensor storage, verify whether the sensor itself, rather than the Windows system drive, is full.
