WU_E_DM_URLNOTAVAILABLE
WU_E_DM_URLNOTAVAILABLE means the update metadata referenced a payload for which Windows Update had no usable download URL. This is a metadata or update-service problem, not proof that the local network is unavailable.
What to check
- Record the update ID, revision, and service endpoint from the nearby
DownloadManagerlog lines. - For WSUS, verify that the update content and metadata are synchronized and that the update is approved for the affected target group.
- Compare the result with another device using the same update service before changing the local download cache.
