TPM_E_OWNER_CONTROL
Owner-controlled persistence conflicts with context save/management
TPM_E_OWNER_CONTROL (0x8028004F) means the command tries to save or manipulate context for a key whose owner-control/eviction semantics do not allow that operation. This is a lifecycle contract attached to the key, not a corrupted context blob by default.
Evidence to capture
Record key handle, owner-evict state, requested context command, owner authorization availability, and whether virtualization/TBS is managing the resource.
Focused correction
Use the lifecycle operation permitted for an owner-controlled key or choose a key without that constraint when context save/restore is required. Preserve key identity during the controlled retest.
