ERROR_NDIS_MEDIA_DISCONNECTED The adapter has no active link. For Ethernet this can be a cable, switch-port, or link-negotiation issue; for Wi-Fi it can be loss of association, signal range, or access-point availability.
What to check
- Distinguish link loss from IP, DNS, proxy, or application errors before changing network settings.
