Windows Hypervisor Platform features must be discovered at runtime

WHV_E_UNKNOWN_CAPABILITY is the defined result when WHvGetCapability is called with a capability code the installed Windows Hypervisor Platform does not recognize. Building against a newer Windows SDK does not guarantee that an older host implements every enum value in that header.

A virtualization stack should use capability discovery to select optional exits, processor features, memory behavior and architecture-specific functions. Falling back safely is preferable to assuming that an unknown query means the hypervisor is generally absent.

Evidence and corrective action

Log the numeric WHV_CAPABILITY_CODE and the Windows build that handled the query.
Treat the corresponding optional feature as unavailable on this host.
Query WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent separately before concluding that no hypervisor is running.
Guard newer capability codes by runtime version or feature detection rather than compile-time headers alone.
Do not reinterpret the output buffer when the query itself failed.
