STATUS_DISK_RESET_FAILED
The storage stack could not reset the disk successfully
A reset is a recovery action after lower-level I/O trouble. This status means even that recovery path failed, so controller, cable, bus, firmware, virtual storage, or device health must be investigated.
Correlate the failed reset with controller, bus, device, and timeout events. A reset failure is often recovery evidence after an earlier storage problem, so the first error in the sequence remains important.
