STATUS_CROSS_PARTITION_VIOLATION
Private section data cannot cross the partition boundary
Windows returns STATUS_CROSS_PARTITION_VIOLATION while handling job, task, callback, or isolation state. A process attempted to access a file or section that belongs to another isolation partition. Matching path names do not imply shared object identity across partitions.
Record source and target partition or silo, section creator, namespace context and handle-transfer path. Exchange data through an approved shared or brokered channel.
Isolation boundaries are intentional, so retrying the same handle transfer is not corrective. Find where the section or file became associated with its source partition and redesign the exchange through an allowed cross-partition mechanism.
