STATUS_CORRUPT_LOG_CLEARED
The corruption log was cleared after file-system checking
This status indicates that chkdsk cleared a corruption log and it no longer contains real corruption records. It describes a maintenance transition rather than proving that every storage problem has disappeared.
Review the scan result to determine what was repaired, removed, or left unresolved. If the same corruption quickly returns, investigate hardware, firmware, cabling, power, and the virtual storage path instead of repeatedly clearing the log.
What to inspect
- Keep the complete chkdsk or repair transcript.
- Verify application data that was reported as repaired or salvaged.
- Monitor for new corruption records after normal workload resumes.
