RPC_NT_ALREADY_REGISTERED

RPC_NT_ALREADY_REGISTERED is an NTSTATUS value used by the Windows RPC runtime. This status reports a duplicate object UUID registration in the RPC runtime. It normally points to lifecycle ordering: an initialization path has registered an object that another path registers again, or a cleanup path did not remove a previous registration as expected.

It differs from RPC_NT_TYPE_ALREADY_REGISTERED, which concerns a manager type UUID rather than an object UUID. It is also different from RPC_NT_ENTRY_ALREADY_EXISTS, which refers to a name-service entry.

The server attempted to register an object UUID that is already present

Log each object UUID registration with process lifetime, service restart and teardown events.
Check idempotence of initialization code rather than masking the duplicate by ignoring the return value.
Confirm that an object is not being registered concurrently by two service components using the same UUID.
