The callback or dial-up target was busy
This status indicates that dialing reached a remote line that reported busy. It is not a failed RDP authentication or a server graphics problem.
In callback configurations, confirm whether the server is dialing the expected number and whether call routing, PBX rules, outside-line prefixes, or simultaneous connection limits changed.
What to inspect
- Check the exact callback number and dialing rules.
- Verify whether the remote line or modem bank accepts additional calls.
