NS_E_STREAM_END
What NS_E_STREAM_END means
NS_E_STREAM_END (0xC00D0034) means Windows Media Services reached the end of the stream and cannot satisfy a request for additional data.
Evidence to preserve
Capture the stream identity, current offset or timestamp, requested read/seek operation, and whether end-of-stream had already been signaled.
Interpretation
End of stream can be a normal terminal condition. Treat it as an error only when the caller expected more data and can prove the source should extend beyond the observed endpoint.
Recovery and verification
Stop requesting more data when the stream is complete. If the endpoint is premature, investigate truncation or parser state using the same source rather than simply replaying reads.
