NS_E_WMPBR_ERRORWITHURL
What NS_E_WMPBR_ERRORWITHURL actually isolates
NS_E_WMPBR_ERRORWITHURL (0xC00D1133) reports that the Windows Media browser/integration path encountered an error while processing the supplied URL. The useful diagnostic unit is the exact object and operation, not the product name alone.
Keep these facts stable
capture literal and resolved URL, browser/shell handler, redirect/launch result, user context, and the first URL-specific error.
Corrective test
correct the URL or owning browser/shell integration and retry that same target before changing media settings. Avoid broad reinstalls or policy changes until that controlled test changes the result.
