NS_E_INVALID_VIDEO_WIDTH_FOR_INTERLACED_ENCODING
Interlaced output has a stricter width rule
NS_E_INVALID_VIDEO_WIDTH_FOR_INTERLACED_ENCODING (0xC00D1BE8) is returned when interlace-preserving encoding is enabled and the final output width is not divisible by four. This is more specific than general width range or codec alignment validation.
Check post-crop geometry
Record source width, left/right crop, scaling result, and the interlace-preservation setting. A 720-pixel source, for example, can become an invalid width after a small crop even though the source itself is standard.
Verification
Choose an output width divisible by four while keeping the interlace mode and other profile fields unchanged. Revalidate immediately; any remaining generic width or codec constraint should surface separately.
