ERROR_CLUSTER_LOCAL_NODE_NOT_FOUND

This code is commonly returned when an operation assumes that the computer running it is a member of the cluster, but the local membership record cannot be found. It can occur after eviction, incomplete cleanup, or when a command is run on the wrong server.

What to check

Confirm which server is executing the command and whether it is listed as a member of the intended cluster.
Check the Cluster service state and its event log on the local computer before trying to rejoin it.
If the node was evicted, follow the normal add-node workflow rather than restoring cluster registry data manually.
