ERROR_CLUSTER_OBJECT_ALREADY_USED
ERROR_CLUSTER_OBJECT_ALREADY_USED means the requested cluster name collides with an enabled computer object in Active Directory. The object may be a live cluster identity or a stale object from a previous deployment.
Identify the Active Directory object owner, enabled state, and permissions before deciding whether it is stale. Reusing a legitimate computer object incorrectly can disrupt another clustered identity, while deleting a stale object may be appropriate only after verification.
