ERROR_CLUSTER_GROUP_BUSY
ERROR_CLUSTER_GROUP_BUSY means the clustered role is busy with another operation. The response should be based on the operation in progress, not on blindly retrying management commands.
Find the active group operation in Cluster.log and management history and let that transition reach a stable state. Repeated move, online, or property commands can overlap with the original work and make its failure harder to identify.
What to check
- Check whether the group is moving, starting, stopping, or waiting for a dependent resource.
- Review the resource states and the cluster log for the operation that made the group busy.
- Avoid issuing overlapping online/offline/move commands from automation.
