ERROR_DS_DRA_MAIL_PROBLEM (8447) is an Active Directory replication error. The replication attempt uses a mail-based transport path and that transport failed. Confirm the actual connection transport before troubleshooting ordinary RPC replication, because the relevant configuration and logs are different.
