What to check
- Record the last call-state event and disconnect reason before this HRESULT.
- Determine whether the local application, provider, remote party, or network initiated the disconnect.
- Check whether the failing method was queued before the disconnect but executed afterward.
Handling
Treat the old call object as terminal. Reconnect with a new call only if the user or workflow still requires it; do not retry operations on the dropped call.
