SCHED_E_TOO_MANY_NODES

SCHED_E_TOO_MANY_NODES means the task XML contains more nodes of a given type than Task Scheduler permits. It usually comes from a generator that repeatedly appends configuration, merges templates, or duplicates triggers, actions, or settings during an update.

Investigate the generator, not only the final count

Recovery

Deduplicate the source configuration and generate one intentional node for each required function. Removing repeated nodes manually can provide a short-term repair, but a repeatable deployment must correct the append or merge logic that created them.
