QUERY_E_ALLNOISE_AND_NO_RELPROP says the relevance query has both a linguistic and a property-data problem. A clause contributes no searchable terms after noise-word removal, and the specified relevant documents do not provide the requested relevant-property information.
Check language processing and the requested property set independently
- Record the LCID and the exact full-text clause to see which terms survive word breaking and noise-word removal.
- Log the relevant property identifiers and verify that they are valid searchable properties for the relevant documents.
- Query the relevant documents for those properties directly; a valid property can still be absent or NULL on a particular item.
Windows Search full-text predicates use language-specific processing, while query results are backed by catalog property columns. Those are separate data paths. A property-selection change cannot make an all-noise clause meaningful, and adding search terms cannot populate a missing property on the relevant documents. Diagnose both halves before retrying the combined relevance query.
