CERTSRV_E_NO_REQUEST
CERTSRV_E_NO_REQUEST The referenced CA request no longer exists in the CA database, or the request identifier was submitted to a different Certification Authority.
What to check
- Confirm the CA configuration name and request ID before approving, denying, retrieving, or resubmitting the request.
- Check whether database maintenance, restore, migration, or request cleanup occurred between submission and the follow-up operation.
- Use the Certification Authority console or Certutil to inspect the request state on the issuing CA rather than assuming that a request ID is globally unique.
