CERTSRV_E_SERVER_SUSPENDED
CERTSRV_E_SERVER_SUSPENDED Certificate Services is suspended because a CA database restore is in progress. Requests cannot be processed until the restore operation completes and the CA returns to service.
What to check
- Check the CA console and operational events to confirm whether a planned restore or recovery is active.
- Do not submit or approve requests during the restore window; wait for the administrator to validate the restored database and restart normal service.
- After recovery, verify the CA certificate, private key, issued certificate log, pending queue, and configuration before reopening enrollment.
