What to check
- Confirm that the enrollment client created an exportable archival request through a supported key-archival workflow.
- Verify that the template’s archival requirement is deliberate and that the CA has an operational Key Recovery Agent configuration.
- Use a separate non-archival template for certificates that are not intended for data recovery, such as many signing-only use cases.
