WINBIO_E_KEY_IDENTIFIER_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL

WINBIO_E_KEY_IDENTIFIER_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL is a buffer-sizing result from the secure key creation contract. EngineAdapterCreateKey receives a caller-provided key-identifier buffer, its size, and a ResultSize output so the adapter can report how many bytes are required or produced.

Treat ResultSize as part of the API contract

The returned identifier is later passed back with its explicit size to EngineAdapterIdentifyFeatureSetSecure. Truncating or serializing it into a smaller application field can therefore turn a sizing bug into WINBIO_E_INVALID_KEY_IDENTIFIER during authentication. Keep the identifier and byte count together and preserve them as opaque framework/sensor state.
