FVE_E_RELATIVE_PATH
FVE_E_RELATIVE_PATH means BitLocker was asked to use a relative path for a recovery-key or startup-key file. BitLocker requires an absolute, fully qualified file path so that key material is not written or read from an ambiguous location.
