E_IMAPI_RAW_IMAGE_TRACK_INDEX_NOT_FOUND

E_IMAPI_RAW_IMAGE_TRACK_INDEX_NOT_FOUND means index-management code referenced an LBA offset that is not in the selected track’s current index list. The track information object exposes indexes as part of per-track state, together with starting LBA and sector count.

Enumerate the list immediately before clearing or querying the index

The error does not say that the track itself is missing. It specifically identifies the index offset. Be careful when translating between absolute disc LBA, track starting LBA and an index offset expected by image-building code. A stale cue list can also reproduce the failure after tracks are rebuilt with different sizes. Re-enumerate actual creator state rather than retrying the same absent offset.
