STATUS_ALL_USER_TRUST_QUOTA_EXCEEDED
The shared delegated-trust capacity is exhausted
Unlike the per-user variant, this status applies to the aggregate quota across users. Another delegated account is therefore unlikely to succeed. The result concerns trust-object administration, not the number of users or computers in the domain.
Inventory current trust objects and incomplete provisioning attempts. Remove only relationships confirmed to be obsolete on both sides; one-sided cleanup can leave authentication and name-routing state inconsistent.
What to inspect
- Enumerate all relevant trust objects and compare both ends of each relationship.
- Check audit history for failed or abandoned trust creation.
- Use an authorized directory administrator to adjust policy or clean stale trusts through supported tools.
