RPC_NT_UNKNOWN_IF

RPC_NT_UNKNOWN_IF is an NTSTATUS value used by the Windows RPC runtime. An RPC interface is identified by UUID and version and defines the remote procedure contract. This status means the server runtime cannot match the client request to a registered interface. An endpoint may exist and the server process may be reachable, but it does not expose the requested interface in that runtime instance.

It differs from RPC_NT_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND, where the interface can be known but a requested object is not registered, and from RPC_NT_UNSUPPORTED_TRANS_SYN, where the interface is present but the proposed data-representation syntax cannot be negotiated.

The server does not expose the interface requested by the client
