RPC_NT_MAX_CALLS_TOO_SMALL
The RPC server call limit is below the runtime minimum
Server registration can limit the number of concurrent calls for a protocol sequence or interface. This status means the configured value is too small for the RPC runtime to accept.
The useful evidence is server startup configuration rather than client input. A value that looks like a defensive limit can prevent the server from registering any usable listener.
What to inspect
- Inspect the MaxCalls value passed during protocol-sequence registration.
- Use a value compatible with the server concurrency model.
- Confirm whether the failure occurs during server startup rather than during client binding.
