Invalid RPC serialization handle action
RPC_NT_INVALID_ES_ACTION belongs to Microsoft RPC serialization services. Serialization uses explicit encode/decode handles so data can be marshaled to or unmarshaled from caller-controlled buffers instead of being sent as a normal remote call.

What to check
- Check whether the handle was created for encoding or decoding and whether the same handle is reused after completion.
