NS_E_CORECD_NOTAMEDIACD
The disc is present but not the expected media-CD type
NS_E_CORECD_NOTAMEDIACD (0xC00D10C7) is a classification result, later than simple drive/media presence detection. Player sees a medium, but its table of contents or format does not identify it as the audio/media CD required by the requested operation.
Check what was actually inserted
Record disc type, table-of-contents result, drive, session layout, and whether the medium is data, mixed-mode, blank, or otherwise outside the expected CD class.
Next step
Use media of the supported type for the operation. If a known-good audio CD is misclassified repeatedly, investigate the drive/reader/filter path rather than burn settings or rip destination.
