NS_E_WMP_NONMEDIA_FILES
Diagnosing NS_E_WMP_NONMEDIA_FILES in the Windows Media Player playback path
NS_E_WMP_NONMEDIA_FILES (0xC00D119C) is returned when playlist deletion encountered entries that are not deletable digital-media files, producing a partial operation.
Diagnostic discriminator: Enumerate which entries were removed and which were retained. If media items are processed while non-media entries remain, treat this as a documented partial result rather than assuming an atomic rollback of the whole playlist operation.
Actions that obscure the cause
- assuming the whole operation rolled back atomically.
