NS_E_INVALID_VIDEO_BITRATE
The average video rate is rejected
NS_E_INVALID_VIDEO_BITRATE (0xC00D1BBF) identifies the ordinary video bitrate field, not network throughput measured during playback. The encoder profile contains a rate that the current codec/audience configuration cannot accept.
Inspect the value at the API boundary
Record average bitrate in the units supplied to the encoder, codec, rate-control mode, audience total bitrate, and whether the value came from a profile file. Check for zero, overflow, or kbps-to-bps mistakes.
Correction
Use an average rate supported by the codec and compatible with the audience budget. Keep peak rate and buffer settings fixed initially; if those are also invalid, their dedicated HRESULTs will then identify the remaining constraints.
