The key-frame setting itself is invalid
NS_E_INVALID_VIDEO_KEYFRAME (0xC00D1BC6) points to the configured video key-frame setting, not to damaged source frames. It is normally found while validating an encoder profile or applying video compression parameters.
Record the values that constrain the interval
Capture the selected video codec/format, frame rate, key-frame interval or spacing value, VBR mode, and the audience in which validation fails. If the profile is generated programmatically, log the value before and after any unit conversion so milliseconds, frames, and seconds are not confused.
Controlled fix
Set the key-frame value to a range supported by the selected codec/profile and validate again without changing resolution or codec at the same time. A successful validation after only that change confirms this boundary; a width, bitrate, or VBR error afterward is a separate issue.
