MF_E_TOPO_CODEC_NOT_FOUND

MF_E_TOPO_CODEC_NOT_FOUND is a topology-resolution failure. In a partial topology, applications can connect source nodes directly to output nodes; the topology loader then enumerates Media Foundation transforms and inserts required decoders or other conversion stages.

Capture the failing media type pair

Read MF_TOPONODE_ERROR_MAJORTYPE, MF_TOPONODE_ERROR_SUBTYPE, and MF_TOPONODE_ERRORCODE from the node when available.
Enumerate transforms for the actual input type instead of assuming a codec based on file extension.
Check hardware/software transform policy and whether plugin control or topology attributes exclude the otherwise available transform.

This differs from MF_E_TOPO_CANNOT_CONNECT, where transforms may exist but the loader still cannot build a compatible path between nodes.
