MF_E_TOPO_INVALID_TIME_ATTRIBUTES means time-related attributes attached to a topology or its nodes are inconsistent or invalid for topology resolution. Media Foundation supports project-level timing and per-source-node media start/stop boundaries.

Dump timing attributes in 100-nanosecond units

Inspect MF_TOPOLOGY_PROJECTSTART, MF_TOPOLOGY_PROJECTSTOP, MF_TOPONODE_MEDIASTART, and MF_TOPONODE_MEDIASTOP.
Verify start/stop ordering and ensure values are expressed in the timing units required by the attribute.
