Capture channel count and speaker positions together

Log MF_MT_AUDIO_NUM_CHANNELS and MF_MT_AUDIO_CHANNEL_MASK from the negotiated audio media type.
Record any transform property that explicitly selects the client speaker configuration, such as the speaker-configuration properties exposed by applicable Windows Media audio codecs.
