STATUS_CLUSTER_NETINTERFACE_NOT_FOUND

The requested cluster network interface was not found

STATUS_CLUSTER_NETINTERFACE_NOT_FOUND means the cluster cannot find the requested interface object that connects a particular node to a cluster network. It does not prove that the physical adapter is absent; discovery, node selection, network association, or interface state can all make the cluster object unavailable.

Compare physical and cluster-visible topology before changing settings. The diagnostic target is the node/network relationship, not merely whether Windows Device Manager lists an adapter.
