STATUS_FLT_POST_OPERATION_CLEANUP
This status is a teardown notification for an outstanding I/O path. The minifilter is being removed before lower drivers finish the request, so operation-specific completion state can no longer wait for an ordinary post-operation callback.
Release or invalidate only the state whose ownership belongs to this operation, and make that cleanup idempotent. The underlying file-system request may still complete below the removed instance, so this status is not proof that the user operation failed and is not a reason to reissue it.

- Outstanding user-mode requests or worker items that refer to the departing instance.
