STATUS_GRAPHICS_ALLOCATION_CLOSED

A known allocation crossed its lifetime boundary

The allocation reference names an object that was closed permanently. This differs from a malformed or foreign handle: the failure is specifically a use-after-close boundary. Cached command buffers, delayed callbacks, and teardown races are common places to look.

Trace close against outstanding work

Log creation, sharing/opening, submissions, fence completion, close/destruction, and every later use of the allocation. Do not revive the closed handle. Obtain a new allocation through the owning resource or recreate the resource after ensuring that old GPU work and callbacks cannot still reference it.
