STATUS_NDIS_DOT11_AP_BAND_CURRENTLY_NOT_AVAILABLE

The requested AP band is temporarily unavailable

STATUS_NDIS_DOT11_AP_BAND_CURRENTLY_NOT_AVAILABLE means the adapter cannot use the requested wireless band for AP operation at this moment. The band may be occupied by another role, disabled by current power or coexistence state, or waiting for the WLAN stack to settle regulatory and operation-mode information.

This status differs from a band that is never allowed. If the same band becomes usable after disconnecting a station role, changing adapter power state, or waiting for channel checks to complete, the issue was temporary state rather than hardware support.
